Job summary

WIZ.AI in Makati seeks a Technical Account Manager to own the customer lifecycle from presales to delivery and ongoing success. This client-facing role blends solution design, project delivery, and account management to maximize value from our AI-powered Talkbot solutions.

You will work with enterprise clients, coordinate with internal teams, manage changes per SLA, conduct quarterly reviews, and pursue upsell opportunities in a fast-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, account management, presales, software delivery or related roles.
• Experience with fintech, banking, telecoms, martech, or enterprise services is a plus.
• Strong English communication and ability to engage C- and D-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design AI Talkbot solutions for large enterprise customers, aligning product capabilities with customer needs to highlight value.
• Define product/service scope and establish integration boundaries between Wiz.AI products and customer systems.
• Lead project management for delivery and on-site integration, including planning, coordination and risk management.
• Maintain regular client engagement through quarterly business reviews and product training.
• Manage change requests and incidents per SLA, and identify upsell opportunities when appropriate.
