You will coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams on Agile behaviors, align practices with governance requirements, and drive improvement through audits and coaching insights.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise Agile standards, practices, and playbooks
• Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams on Agile behaviors, roles, and decision-making
• Maintain structured Coaching Logs documenting coaching focus, observations, and agreed actions
• Identify recurring capability gaps and systemic issues through coaching insights
• Reduce long-term dependency by strengthening leadership ownership
• Conduct Agile Health audits to assess adherence to standards, estimation discipline, and classification of work
• Partner with Scrum Masters and Delivery teams to calibrate and embed Agile into enterprise rhythms
• Establish and maintain delivery, flow, and outcome metrics; translate insights into improvements
• Support enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and diagnose organizational impediments
