The role focuses on driving enrollment growth, family retention, and long-term K–12 positioning while conveying the school’s Catholic identity and academic strengths to current and prospective families. You will manage inquiries, tours, events, and campaigns, while collaborating with feeder schools and community partners to achieve

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective families.
• Manage the admissions pipeline—from inquiry to enrollment.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Organize Open Houses or admissions events at least 1 per quarter.
• Maintain relationships with feeder schools, preschools, and community partners.
• Coordinate referral programs and encourage parent ambassadors.
• Develop and implement enrollment marketing campaigns.
• Create and distribute admissions materials and promotional content.
• Monitor enrollment targets and identify recruitment opportunities.
• Represent the school at community events and educational fairs.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective and current families.
• Contribute to the parents' orientation.
• Facilitate parent engagement activities and community-building events.
• Support administration in gathering parent feedback.
• Monitor family satisfaction and identify retention concerns.
• Promote volunteer opportunities and parent involvement programs.
• Assist families in understanding school policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support efforts to increase re-enrollment rates.
• Ensure consistent use of the school's brand standards and messaging.
• Create or coordinate the production of promotional materials.
• Develop presentations for admissions events and parent meetings.
• Maintain a library of images, videos, testimonials, and marketing assets.
• Track inquiries, applications, acceptances, enrollments, and re-enrollments.
• Monitor enrollment funnel metrics and conversion rates.
• Track website traffic, social media engagement, and communication metrics.
• Maintain parent engagement and event participation records.
• Provide recommendations to improve recruitment and retention efforts.
• Support annual enrollment forecasting and strategic planning.
