Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. is seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Technician to operate and support production machinery while ensuring safe and efficient performance.

You will perform start-up, shutdown, and changeovers, execute preventive maintenance, and diagnose breakdowns to minimize downtime. Qualifications

• Two+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with production equipment.
• Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and PM execution.
• Familiarity with safety, GMP, and EHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and basic equipment installation following procedures.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running reliably.
• Respond to production calls, diagnose breakdowns, and escalate complex faults accordingly.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, and automation principles with appropriate tools.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with standards to prevent contamination.
• Complete service reports, PM checklists, and breakdown logs timely.
• Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen initiatives and maintain clean work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Machine Operation & Support: Perform start-up, shutdown, changeovers, and basic equipment installation/decommissioning following safety standards and approved procedures.
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance (PMs) and execute minor mechanical/electrical repairs to keep machines running reliably.
• Rapid Troubleshooting & Escalation: Respond promptly to production calls to diagnose equipment breakdowns, resolving minor issues quickly and escalating complex faults appropriately.
• Technical Knowledge & Tool Proficiency: Safely apply mechanical, electrical, and automation (PLC/HMI) principles while using specialized hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Safety, Quality & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with EHS, LOTO, and GMP standards to ensure safe operation and prevent product contamination.
• Accurate Documentation: Timely and accurately complete service reports, PM checklists, and breakdown logs to support maintenance history tracking.
• Continuous Improvement & Housekeeping: Support TPM, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives by identifying recurring issues, minimizing resource waste, and maintaining a clean work environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Practical Experience: At least two (2) years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, working with production and utility equipment (e.g., filling, capping, conveyors, pumps, mixers, boilers, compressors).
• Educational Background: Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Core Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities, including preventive maintenance (PMS) execution and rapid breakdown response.
• Tool & Automation Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, measuring instruments, electrical testing devices, and navigating basic PLC/HMI operations for fault identification.
• Digital Literacy: Computer literate with working knowledge of software such as Google Sheets and maintenance management platforms.
• Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with production and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Workplace Flexibility: Ability to work independently or in teams, with willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
