• Own full CR lifecycle in SAP from creation to closure.
• Manage complex or high-impact changes as projects with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Facilitate regular CR Review meetings with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and others.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, including cut-in planning and inventory disposition.
• Publish regular CR status reports and metrics.
• Verify changes across drawings, BOMs, and affected systems before closure.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAD, drafting, and BOM professionals.
• Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time across CR and master data processes.

About the role

You will own how product changes get from idea to successful execution, treating every significant change as a project: defining scope, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, managing timelines and dependencies, and driving it to verified implementation. You'll also own the integrity of key master data and lead a team of CAD, drafting, and BOM specialists.

• Manage complex or high-impact changes as projects, with defined scope, owners, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking
• Facilitate regular CR Review meetings with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and other stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, including cut-in planning and inventory disposition
• Publish regular CR status reports and metrics, including aging and overdue items
• Verify that changes are fully implemented across drawings, BOMs, and affected systems before closure
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAD, drafting, and BOM professionals
• Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time across CR and master data processes

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in engineering change management, product development, PLM, configuration management, or master data in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated project management experience leading cross-functional work to on-time completion
• At least 5 years of experience supervising or leading a team
• Solid understanding of engineering drawings, CAD models, and BOM structures
• Experience with SAP engineering change and master data preferred; strong candidates with other ERP/PLM experience will be considered
• Strong reporting skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Excellent written and spoken English, with confidence leading meetings with global stakeholders
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving accountability across teams you don't directly manage
