Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting for a global manufacturing client in the electric mobility sector, seeking a Senior Engineering Change Manager to lead ECM, master data governance, and SAP/PLM initiatives from Biñan, Laguna. You will shape regional and global processes with cross-functional teams.

You will manage a small team of three and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to drive data integrity, process excellence, and standardization across regions.

Qualifications

Experience in engineering change management and master data governance.
Strong SAP knowledge and PLM system experience.
Background in manufacturing with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days work-from-home)
8AM - 5PM working schedule

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes from concept through implementation.
Ensure engineering changes are properly reviewed, documented, approved, and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
Oversee product master data governance, ensuring accuracy and completeness of part and product information within company systems.
Drive process compliance, data integrity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Business teams to support operational requirements.
Manage and develop a team of three direct reports.
Collaborate with global counterparts to standardize and improve processes across regions

Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience

Strong SAP knowledge, including transactions, maintenance, and operational processes.
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and processes.
Background in manufacturing environments.
Understanding of supply chain operations and cross-functional workflows.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading engineering change processes and product master data management activities.
Previous people management or team leadership experience.
