Ensure that engineers have the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed in their roles.
Plan, prioritize, and oversee engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and resources.
