Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own Change Record (CR) and master data outcomes end to end, including timeliness, accuracy, and implementation quality.
• Identify problems early, drive root cause, and implement corrective actions.
• Own full CR lifecycle in SAP from creation to closure.
• Manage complex or high-impact changes as projects with defined scope, milestones, dependencies, and risk tracking.
• Facilitate regular CR Review meetings with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and others.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution, including cut-in planning and inventory disposition.
• Publish regular CR status reports and metrics.
• Verify changes across drawings, BOMs, and affected systems before closure.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of CAD, drafting, and BOM professionals.
• Continuously improve efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time across CR and master data processes.
