Job summary

GEMECO, a packaging company manufacturing tin cans for infant dietetics, beverages, meat, fish, fruits, vegetables, and other food products, invites qualified engineers for a supervisory role in Quezon City. The position focuses on machine start-up, safety, and process improvement.

We require an Engineering degree (Mechanical / Electrical / Electromechanical) and at least 5 years of supervisory experience, plus strong teamwork and coordination.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical engineering.
• Excellent technical knowledge of machineries and equipment.
• Able to read machine manuals and draw diagrams.
• At least 5 years of experience in supervisory function.
• Good interpersonal skills and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Supervising installation and initial start up of machines and equipments.
• Ensuring that all safety procedures are in place and followed by workers.
• Ensuring machine's efficiency and good running condition at all times.
• Overseeing the implementation of processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervising installation and initial start up of machines and equipments

Requirements

• Candidate must be an Engineering graduate preferably in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical or its equivalent
• Highly technical - knowledgeable in machineries, equipment and design.
• Able to read machine manuals and draw machine diagrams
• With at least 5 years of experience in supervisory function
• Team player, with good interpersonal skills and proper coordination
