Job summary

Phirst Park Homes is seeking a Licensed Civil Engineer to ensure engineering plans for housing, land development and related structures meet BP 220, PD 957, NBC, and LWUA standards.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience in real estate construction, and proficiency in AutoCAD and related design tools.

You will oversee compliance across projects and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver compliant, safe, and efficient developments.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with at least 3 years in Real Estate construction projects.
• Experience in house and land development processes.
• Knowledge of design/engineering tools, especially AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all engineering plans for housing, land development and other structures comply with BP 220, PD 957, National Building Code and LWUA standards.

Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring all Engineering Plans related to Housing, Land Development and other Structures needed for a project are compliant to the requirements of Batasang Pambansa (BP) 220 and PD 957, National Building Code, and Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA) Standards.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer- With at least 3 years of experience in handling Real Estate projects specifically in construction, and engineering- Knowledge on House and Land Development Process, as well as Design and Engineering Tools and Programs (i.e., Autocad)
