Qualifications

• Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and basic scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in monitoring progress of unit deliverables for residential, parking, and common areas.
• Support the preparation, verification, and submission of turnover documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and consultants on day-to-day project activities.
• Track progress reports, cost updates, and scope changes for endorsement to the Project Manager.
• Prepare draft project reports, meeting minutes, and presentations for review and submission.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality standards.
• Assist in identifying risks/issues and elevate to the Project Manager for resolution.
• Perform assigned tasks and provide administrative and technical support for smooth project execution.

About the role

This role assists in contractor supervision, documentation, reporting, and compliance monitoring. This role serves as a key support role in managing day-to-day project requirements while gaining exposure to higher-level project management responsibilities.
