Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for permanent engineering roles in the UK and US.
• Review applications, screen candidates, and build well-matched shortlists.
• Proactively build and nurture a network of engineering professionals for current and future opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients; keep stakeholders updated.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Lead Recruiter, Operations Manager, and Marketing Coordinator to align on roles.
