Outsourced.ph, a leading offshore outsourcing company based in the Philippines, is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join its UK/US engineering recruitment operations on a full-time basis. The role focuses on permanent direct-hire positions across the UK and US, starting with a small, close-knit team and expanding as you grow.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed, screen applications, build robust shortlists, coordinate interviews, and maintain CRM records

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment Resourcer role.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn to identify, approach, and engage candidates, including outreach messaging.
• Excellent spoken and written English. Comfortable on the phone with candidates at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple live vacancies.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and personable Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will initially support a dynamic team of three—a Lead Recruiter, Operations Manager, and Marketing Coordinator with plans to extend support to the wider engineering recruitment team as you grow in the role. You will focus exclusively on permanent (direct hire) engineering opportunities across the UK and the US.

Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Tasks

• Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates for permanent engineering vacancies using diverse sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and candidate databases.
• Application Screening & Shortlisting: Receive, review, and qualify incoming job applications, building well-matched shortlists of candidates against specific job requirements.
• Pipeline & Network Building: Proactively build and nurture a strong network of engineering professionals for both current and future opportunities.
• Interview Coordination: Manage candidate communication to schedule, confirm, and arrange interviews between clients and candidates.
• Data & Admin Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity on our CRM system alongside general recruitment administration duties.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate regularly with the team to build a deep understanding of active job roles, client requirements, and team workflows.

Key Requirements Essential Experience & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Recruitment Resourcer role.
• LinkedIn Sourcing Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience utilizing LinkedIn to identify, approach, and engage candidates, including writing compelling outreach messages.
• Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English. You must be comfortable and confident spending a significant part of your day on the phone speaking with people you don't know, building rapport, and conversing with candidates at all levels.
• Organizational Ability: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage the demands of multiple live job vacancies efficiently.
• Personality Fit: A down-to-earth, personable attitude with the confidence to collaborate with a close-knit, supportive team.
• Industry Background: Experience sourcing within engineering, manufacturing, construction, or similar technical sectors.
• Geographic Coverage: Experience recruiting within the UK market, US market, or both.
• Sourcing Tools: Familiarity with Indeed (training can be provided).

Working Hours & Setup

• Arrangements: Office-based - Eastwood QC or Alabang
