Outsourced.ph is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our team on a full-time basis. You will support a small engineering recruitment unit focused on permanent roles across the UK and US markets, sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and databases.

You will screen applicants, build shortlists, and manage interview coordination while maintaining CRM records. Strong English communication and an organized, team-oriented approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a Recruitment Resourcer role.
• Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing to identify and engage candidates.
• Excellent spoken and written English; confident on calls with candidates.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities across multiple live roles.
• Down-to-earth, collaborative team player.

Responsabilités

• Source, identify, and engage qualified permanent engineering candidates.
• Screen applications and build shortlists aligned to job requirements.
• Proactively build and nurture a network of engineering professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the CRM and recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with team to understand client needs and role requirements.
