Millennium Properties and Brokerage Incorporated is seeking a procurement professional to oversee daily activities for engineering, maintenance, and project needs across hotel and resort operations in Pasig. You will source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and continuity of operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, SCM, business admin or related field.
• At least two years' procurement or sourcing experience.
• Experience sourcing engineering materials and negotiating with suppliers.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily procurement for engineering, maintenance and project needs.
• Sources, evaluates and negotiates with suppliers and contractors.
• Ensures timely procurement and delivery with cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with Engineering on specs, timelines and purchasing needs.
• Review purchase requests, quotations and supplier proposals.
• Conduct supplier accreditation, assessment and performance reviews.
• Maintain procurement procedures, supplier databases and controls.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest reorder schedules.
• Perform supplier site visits and coordinate deliveries and after-sales support.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, quotations, contracts and delivery reports.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and strategic sourcing for engineering purchases.
