Job summary

Reap is seeking an Engineering Manager, Treasury to lead global money-movement systems, wallet integration, and custody operations across regions. You will balance hands-on architecture with building a high-performing engineering team, shaping the treasury platform for scalable growth.

You will drive backend infrastructure, API-driven systems, and financial plumbing, collaborating with product, design, and operations to deliver reliable, compliant solutions at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of software engineering experience in treasuries, ledgers, or FX.
• 1-2 years in technical leadership or management roles.
• Proven track record of owning and operating business-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering side of the Treasury domain — assets and currencies, rails and networks, FX, wallet and account infrastructure.
• Lead the design, development, and operation of core treasury systems.
• Lead wallet and custody integrations end to end, from provider evaluation to production operation and reconciliation.
• Develop a deep understanding of Reap's clients, product suite, and hubs, and use it to make informed technical calls.
• Be part of Reap's engineering leadership and help build foundational systems.
