Job summary

Partner Company in a fully remote, globally distributed environment seeks a Treasury & Liquidity Specialist. You will ensure liquidity across USD, EUR, GBP, and other currencies, execute fund movements, and collaborate with banks and liquidity providers to support multi-market operations.

You will monitor balances, perform payments, and contribute to liquidity planning, with strong focus on accuracy and regulatory awareness. This role offers ownership, autonomy, and remote-first flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in treasury or liquidity operations, crypto/fintech preferred.
• Experience handling fiat and crypto liquidity across markets.
• Knowledge of wire/ACH/SWIFT payments and liquidity management.

Responsibilities

• Manage liquidity and cash movements across multiple currencies.
• Monitor balances daily and prevent disruptions in payments.
• Initiate wires and currency conversions with counterparties.
• Assist with liquidity planning and projections.
• Interface with banks and liquidity providers globally.
• Track exposure and escalate counterparty issues.
• Reconcile statements and document fund movements.
• Support month-end close and liquidity reporting.
• Process refunds and approve liquidity for expenses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, Product, and Eng.
• Document processes and cross-train team members for continuity.
