Job summary

Cold Link Asia Logistics Corporation seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee maintenance, operation, and reliability of cold storage facilities and refrigeration systems. You will lead the Engineering team and drive maintenance programs to support uninterrupted logistics operations.

Responsibilities include managing the Engineering and Maintenance Team, supervising electrical, mechanical, and facility systems, and delivering engineering reports to Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree with relevant discipline.
• 5+ years in engineering/maintenance, preferably in cold storage, refrigeration, logistics, or industrial facilities.
• Experience in managing industrial refrigeration and cold storage systems.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Engineering and Maintenance Team.
• Oversee cold storage facilities, industrial refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Ensure optimal performance and reliability of refrigeration and critical equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues.
• Manage engineering projects, equipment installation, upgrades, and facility improvements.
• Monitor maintenance costs, energy consumption, equipment downtime, and engineering KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage contractors, suppliers, and technical service providers.
• Provide technical recommendations and engineering reports to Management.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to oversee the maintenance, operation, and reliability of our cold storage facilities and refrigeration systems. The successful candidate will lead the Engineering team, ensure equipment efficiency and reliability, and implement effective maintenance programs to support continuous business operations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Licensed Engineer is highly preferred.

• 5+ years of relevant engineering/maintenance experience, preferably in cold storage, refrigeration, logistics, or industrial facilities.

• Proven experience in managing industrial refrigeration and cold storage systems.

• Experience in team leadership, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and project management.
