We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead technical service operations, contribute to engineering efficiency, and drive maintenance solutions across power, refrigeration, marine, and other heavy industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to differentiate AIC from competitors.
- Report significant plans, programs, and achievements to the Management Committee.
- Ensure compliance with government health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Provide lateral technical support for sales projects across various industries.
- Maintain detailed documentation of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Oversee maintenance and repair projects using sound project management practices.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on contracts and special projects.
- Guide field engineers and plan operational service activities.
- Maintain workflow efficiency and prevent service abandonment.
- Develop business models and turn-key engineering service solutions.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives in plant engineering operations.
- Support power business maintenance and retrofitting activities.
- Maintain BOO Plant/Glacier in a ready-to-operate condition.
- Build and maintain a database of contractors, principals, and suppliers.
- Perform other related tasks as may be assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Engineering course, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Must be a licensed engineer.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related technical or engineering field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong ability to manage equipment maintenance and monitoring systems.
- Organized in filing and managing documentation chronologically and systematically.
- Analytical thinker capable of processing and organizing technical data.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
