Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions seeks a Lead Engineer to oversee engineering activities for large-scale power plant projects in Cebu, Philippines. The role requires a Civil/Mechanical/Electrical degree, 12+ years in large-scale projects, and 8+ years in leadership, with strong EPC/EPCM experience and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical)
• 12+ years of engineering experience in large-scale industrial or power plant projects
• 8+ years in engineering leadership, preferably coal-fired power plant projects
• Strong EPC/EPCM experience in utility-scale projects
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering activities from design through construction and commissioning.
• Provide technical direction and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with procurement, construction, contractors, and consultants.
