Job summary

Interphil Laboratories, Inc. is seeking an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Division Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team and drive reliability across plant equipment, utilities, facilities, and manufacturing lines.

You will oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize uptime and safety. The role requires strategic leadership, CAPEX governance, and collaboration with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to sustain compliant manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of managerial experience in engineering and maintenance preferred.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering & maintenance teams.
• Strong background in budget management, cost reduction, and CAPEX execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary Engineering and Maintenance team.
• Oversee CAPEX projects from planning through commissioning and validation.
• Drive SAP PM/CMMS implementation and upkeep of maintenance systems.
• Ensure cGMP, ISO, EHS compliance for engineering activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure compliant operations.
