Job summary

Ayala Land Hospitality seeks a Cluster Director of Engineering to guide engineering, facilities, and infrastructure across El Nido Resorts in Palawan. The role focuses on safety, reliability, sustainability, and long-term asset value for remote island properties.

You will steer CAPEX priorities, asset-management strategies, and engineering KPIs while collaborating with GMs, operations, finance, and sustainability teams to align technical decisions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with PME/PEE preferred.
• 2+ decades of experience in engineering leadership in hospitality.
• Experience managing multiple properties in a remote island/resort setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for engineering, facilities, and infrastructure across El Nido Resorts portfolio.
• Drive CAPEX planning, asset management, and maintenance programs to ensure reliability.
• Lead budgeting, cost control, and vendor management across dispersed properties.
• Develop and enforce safety, environmental, and building regulations compliance.
• Mentor and develop Resort Engineers and engineering teams.
