Qualifications
- Must hold a Professional Engineer license (ME or EE).
- Eight+ years in engineering and facilities management.
- Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and resort infrastructure.
- Experience managing projects, preventive maintenance, contractors, and technical teams.
- Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and energy conservation.
