Job summary

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, utilities management, project planning, and team leadership. A licensed mechanical or electrical engineer with strong problem solving and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold a professional engineering license: Mechanical or Electrical.
• Eight or more years in progressive engineering and facilities management, preferably in hospitality.
• Experience maintaining critical resort infrastructure (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water systems, energy management).
• Experience leading projects, preventive maintenance programs, and contractor teams.
• Knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Proficiency with engineering or maintenance management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering operations and facilities management for the resort.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of M&E systems.
• Manage utilities and energy efficiency programs.
• Ensure asset reliability and lifecycle management of equipment.
• Plan and implement engineering projects.
• Develop and mentor engineering staff; lead teams.
