You will drive profitability by optimizing operations, manage the Engineering Department budget, mentor a diverse team, and ensure compliance with local regulations while communicating fluently in English and Filipino.

Qualifications

• Engineering passion required.
• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience with an International Hotel Group.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repair of buildings, fixtures, fittings and equipment.
• Contribute ideas to improve profitability.
• Ensure equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Ensure efficient operations of Engineering Department.
• Manage budget and expenditure on maintenance and projects.
• Maintain standards and ensure compliance with local regulations.
