About the Role

TL Sales and Management Services Inc. is looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to join our Engineering Department. This full-time position is based in Cubao, Quezon City and plays a critical role in leading and managing engineering projects from planning through completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and client requirements. This role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills to drive successful project execution and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

• Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure efficient project implementation.

• Monitor project performance, progress, and expenditures, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary.

• Coordinate effectively with engineers, contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide timely updates to management and stakeholders regarding project status, milestones, and challenges.

• Maintain and manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, reports, contracts, and compliance records.

• Ensure compliance with applicable engineering standards, company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

• Manage project modifications, scope changes, and variation orders through established change management procedures.

• Resolve project issues, conflicts, and operational challenges to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.

• Prepare project completion reports, lessons learned documentation, and recommendations for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

• Experience using project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical and non-technical information clearly.

• Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Experience in budget planning, cost control, and financial monitoring of projects.

• Knowledge of engineering design processes, construction practices, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and other project management tools.

• With design experience and the ability to interpret technical plans and drawings.
