Responsibilities

• Attend trainings per department and participate in on‑the‑job training.
• Perform hands‑on training and periodic evaluations.
• Adhere to training program guidelines and report progress.

• Complete project assignments and provide status updates at meetings.
• Identify trends and suggest proactive or remedial actions.
