About the role

This role will be trained in all major processes of Operations, Engineering and Quality Assurance; will work under direction to complete projects as required and other activities associated with the training program.

Key responsibilities

• Attend trainings as defined per department, OJT and evaluate work output
• Perform hands-on training and attend periodic evaluations
• Adhere to guidelines of the training program
• Work with different team as defined on the Training Program and SMEs for learning success
• Complete project assignments
• Give feedback and report on status of projects at regularly scheduled meetings
• Identify trends and recommend proactive or remedial action to manage business situations
• Recommend improvement activities
• Maintain effective communications to provide an open and free flow of information
• Execute, contribute to, and participate in 5S activities within assigned station/area

About you

• BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation and Control Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Management Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
• New college graduate or with up to 1 year of work experience
