The role provides admin and technical support for engineering documentation, reporting, information management, and process standardization. The EngineeringDocument &SystemsSpecialistprovides administrative and technical support for engineering documentation, reporting, information management, and process standardization activities. The role ensures engineering records, documents, and databases are organized, accurate, and readily accessible while supporting continuous improvement initiatives and digital tools used by the engineering team. This position is ideal for recent graduates who have strong organizational skills, basic data analysis capabilities, and an interest in engineering systems, process improvement, and business automation.
Maintain engineering document registers and filing systems.
Assistin document numbering, revision tracking, and document distribution.
Ensureonly current and approved documents are available for use.
Archive obsolete documents according to company procedures.
Maintain engineering templates, forms, and standard records.
Organize engineering file structures and digital repositories.
Assistwithmaintainingengineering databases and records.
Support information classification and record retention activities.
Ensure engineering information isproperly storedand easily retrievable.
Collect, organize, andconsolidateengineering data.
Maintain Excel-based trackers, KPI logs, and status reports.
Update existing dashboards and reporting tools.
Verify data accuracy and completeness before submission.
Assistin documenting engineering workflows and procedures.
Maintain process maps, work instructions, and reference materials.
Support engineering teams in updating documentation.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and team initiatives.
Provide first-level support for engineering documentation systems.
Assistusers with document access and template usage.
Support SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and collaboration platforms.
Escalate system-related issues toappropriate personnelwhen necessary.
Prepare documentationrequiredfor audits and reviews.
Maintainrecords supporting quality and compliance requirements.
Assistin tracking correctiveand preventive actionsand documentation updates.
Ensure recordsremaincomplete, organized, and audit ready.
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
Experience through internships, academic projects, or personal projects involving Excel, reporting, documentation, or process improvement is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, PivotTables, and reporting).
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, data organization, and reporting.
Ability to create process documentation and process maps.
Strong attention to detail and record management skills.
Knowledge of Power Query and basic Power BI.
Basic understanding of Operations Research.
Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.
Exposure to VBA, automation, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organization and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.

Employment: Full Time (Regular Employment)
Probationary Period: 6 months
