OneTeamAnywhere is seeking an Engineering Director in Metro Manila to lead multiple client projects for a US-based client in a hybrid setup. The role requires deep technical leadership, hands-on system design, and mentoring engineers toward excellence in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years in engineering leadership roles, including direct people management.
• Deep understanding of software engineering best practices and system architecture.
• Proven ability to architect modular, testable, scalable, and secure systems.
• Familiar with setting up productive development environments and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Own the success of 5-10 client projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope alignment, and quality.
• Technical Supervision: Guide the technical architecture of each project and ensure right solutions are built the right way.
• Team Management: Directly manage 10-20 engineers, identify performance gaps, coach, and promote growth.
• Reporting: Communicate project health and engineering performance to executive leadership with insights and recommendations.
