What you'll be working on:

Technical Drawings & Documentation

• Own the preparation and continuous updating of technical drawings across Revit and AutoCAD.
• Turn project specifications into clear, highly accurate design documentation.
• Dive deep into existing plans, drawings, and project packets before sketching or altering designs.
• Adapt quickly to make smooth drawing revisions based on team feedback and live project changes.
• Keep our digital drawing archive immaculate, organized, and up to date at all times.

Design Support

• Collaborate actively on developing and scaling up designs for our ongoing project pipeline.
• Lend a hand with setting up drawing layouts, intricate component details, and project data packs.
• Act as a critical line of defense by checking drafts for accuracy, clean formatting, and completeness before sign-off.
• Spot missing data or conflicting plans early, and flag them with team members to find quick solutions.
• Champion internal modeling and drafting guidelines to keep our project documentation completely uniform.

Project Coordination

• Partner closely with the wider team to gather all the moving pieces needed to finish drawings and design packs.
• Seamlessly coordinate drawing updates and script revisions whenever project requirements shift.
• Keep a tight grip on your assigned design sprint tasks and documentation checklists.
• Help the team maintain momentum, keeping design deliverables moving smoothly to hit every project milestone.

• Bring 2 to 5 years of solid, hands-on experience in Revit and AutoCAD to our growing team.
• Your background is built on Engineering, Drafting, BIM, or Building Services.
• You have practical experience drafting, polishing, and updating technical drawings and design documentation.
