Job summary

Cooee Inc. Career (Be one of us) is seeking a Design Technician to support the hydraulic and fire services design team. You will provide Revit Modelling, AutoCAD drafting, documentation, and project support across a range of building projects.

You will work onsite in Makati and Iloilo, collaborating with Senior Designers to ensure accurate models and coordinated documentation. The role focuses on developing specialized skills in Australian hydraulic and wet fire services under senior guidance,

Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in modeling or drafting.
• Advanced Revit modelling and Autocad drafting experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong attention to details.
• Ability to follow documented procedures.
• Proficient understanding with BIM workflows.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed Revit models for hydraulic and fire services systems.
• Maintain model accuracy and coordination with architectural and engineering disciplines.
• Create and manage views, sheets, and schedules.
• Assist in development and maintenance of Revit standards.
• Prepare documentation packages from concept through to construction issue.
• Update drawings in accordance with engineer mark-ups.
• Maintain drawing quality and consistency.
• Prepare plotting and sheet issue packages.
• Assist designers with production and documentation workloads.
• Prepare detailed design from drafting sketches.
• Coordinate revisions and drawing updates.
• Support delivery of project milestones and deadlines.

About The Role

We're looking for a Design Technician to support the hydraulic and fire services design team. You will work directly with the Senior Designers and provide Revit Modelling, AutoCAD drafting, documentation, and project support across a range of building projects.

In this role, you will ensure efficient project execution and documentation while developing specialized skills in Australian hydraulic and wet fire services under the guidance of senior consultants.
