Job summary

Takumi Space Creation, Inc. in Makati City is seeking a dedicated architectural drafter to support BIM workflows and construction drawing production. You will learn BIM with Revit, produce 2D drawings from design models, and collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines.

Requirements: BS Architecture or equivalent, at least 2 years AutoCAD experience; knowledge of Revit is a plus. Office-based role with standard hours; occasional overtime and involvement in large-scale international projects.

Qualifications

Compensation

• Fair and comparatively high salary based on abilities
• Comprehensive HMO package (after regularization as a full-time employee)
• Performance-based bonuses
• Twice a year (June and December, excluding the 13th-month bonus)

Work Environment

• Willing to work office based (Makati City)
• Monday to Friday, working hours 8:00-17:00; overtime applies thereafter
• Saturdays require attendance on a rotational basis once a month.

Job Responsibilities

• After learning how to properly draw 2D construction drawings, you will master BIM work using Revit.
• Collaborate closely with team members to resolve project issues.
• Conduct planned work while adhering to deadlines.
• Create construction drawings based on design drawings.
• Produce consistent drawings from design models and darwings to for construction models and drawings, including detailed construction drawings.
• Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and address issues as they arise to complete drawings.
