Confidential Company seeks a highly accomplished engineering leader to oversee Engineering, Technical Services, Project Management, and Construction Management across a diversified real estate portfolio in the Philippines. The role requires delivering both horizontal residential developments and vertical condominium projects while managing multiple units and geographically dispersed teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed professional engineer with a PRC-licensure preferred.
• Proven leadership in real estate development, engineering, or construction.
• Experience managing horizontal housing and vertical condominium projects.
• End-to-end PM and CM mastery across multiple sites and units.
• Ability to oversee large, geographically dispersed teams and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership over Engineering, Technical Services, Project Management, and Construction Management across multiple business units.
• Direct planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of horizontal housing developments, subdivisions, and high-rise projects.
• Exercise strong command of both Project Management and Construction Management, ensuring budgets, schedules, quality, and specifications.
• Oversee feasibility, design coordination, planning, procurement support, construction execution, turnover, and post-construction requirements.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, project managers, construction managers, consultants, and contractors.
• Establish project governance, performance monitoring, risk management, and controls across developments.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, regulations, safety, and quality practices.
• Drive cost optimization, process improvements, and accountability across engineering and construction operations.
• Conduct regular site visits and leadership-level project assessments nationwide.
• Collaborate with executive management on CAPEX planning, prioritization, and resource allocation.
