NBUILDING SOLUTION is hiring a Civil Engineer, estimator or project engineer to join our construction team. The role requires hands-on site supervision, design development, and accurate estimation across multiple project sites in the Philippines.

You will inspect sites, prepare project plans, review regulations, and coordinate with suppliers to control costs. Fresh graduates may apply and training is provided; immediate availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineer, estimator or project engineer with construction industry experience.
• 1–5 years experience in construction.
• Experience on house construction, commercial building, site development, civil works and MEPPS.
• Willing to work on multiple sites nationwide.
• Fresh graduates may apply and become safety officer or first aider.
• Able to start immediately.

About the role

A Civil Engineer, estimator or project engineer with well-rounded experience in the construction industry who can implement construction works based on keen understanding of plans, drawings, specifications and related procedures. The role requires actual ability to handle workers and supervise construction works, with willingness to be assigned and stay at project sites in provincial or metro Manila locations depending on available project location.

Key responsibilities

• Developing detailed designs

• Reviewing government regulations and ordinances
• Clearly communicating technical issues and incorporating ideas and suggestions from team members
• Negotiating deals with suppliers to reduce project costs

• Doing CAD drawings related to company projects

About you

• Civil Engineer, estimator or project engineer, licensed or not
• At least 1-5 years experience in construction industry
• Actual and considerable experience exposure in project sites or completed projects such as house construction, commercial building, site development, civil works and MEPPS
• Reliable and willing to multitask
• Willing to handle multiple sites on various locations in the Philippines
• Able to clearly communicate technical issues
• Fresh graduates open to apply and willing to be safety officer or first aider
• Can start immediately
