Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking an engineering graduate with practical field supervision experience to lead multiple projects across telecommunications and construction disciplines, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with standards.

You will coordinate internal and external teams, monitor progress, resolve issues, train staff, and liaise with public and private offices on permits and procedures, with on-site field deployment as needed.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or related field.
• 3+ years experience in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge in O&M, Construction Practices and Standards.
• Familiarity with Telecommunications, Construction and Project Management.
• W/ drivers license for 4 wheel vehicles (Manual).

Responsibilities

• Will manage multiple concurrent projects and ensure overall success.
• Provide project updates daily, weekly and monthly.
• Manage internal and external client concerns and expectations.
• Engage with public and private offices regarding permits, policies, and procedures.
• Able to train, coach and supervise multiple teams.
• Oversee and supervise field teams during activities.
• Resolves/escalates problems during field activities.
• Motivate team members to ensure quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Document materials used daily and update project tracker.
• Provide project progress reports to FD Managers and FD Head.
• Collaborate with FD Managers to develop programs for subordinate career progress.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure project progress efficiency.
• Develop end-to-end SOPs for key tasks and activities.
• May be required to go on field.
• Capable of addressing project and team concerns.
• Adhere to Company Code of Conduct and Policy.

Job Responsibilities:

• Will manage multiple concurrent projects
• Responsible for overall success of projects being handled
• Provide project updates, daily, weekly and monthly
• Manage internal and external client concerns and expectations
• Engagement with public and private offices in relation to permits, policies and procedures as required in the project handled
• Able to handle, train, coach multiple teams handled
• Oversee and Supervise field teams during activities.
• Resolves/escalates problems that might arise during field activities.
• Motivate team members, ensure quality of work, productivity and efficiency.
• Properly document and liquidate materials used daily and update project tracker.
• Provide project progress report to FD Managers and FD Head during WOR and MOR.
• Collaborate with fellow Supervisor and FD Managers to develop programs that will help the career progress of each subordinates.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficiency of Project Progress.
• Develop end to end Process Manual for all key tasks and activities (SOP)
• May be required to go on field
• Capable in addressing related project and team concern
• Compliance with Company Code of Conduct and Policy

Job Qualifications:

• At least an Engineering Graduate or experienced in related field

• Willing to be deployed or relocated anywhere in the Philippines.
