Job summary

Ironcon Builders and Development Corporation seeks a seasoned Project Manager for Telecom/HDD projects. You will lead planning, coordination, and execution from start to finish, ensuring objectives, timelines, and budgets are met.

You will interface with LGUs and DPWH, handle permitting, and supervise design execution with AutoCAD. The role requires 3+ years in telecom and willingness to work outside Metro Manila, including night shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering; Licensed ECE.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant telecom experience.
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila.
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays and night shifts.
• Driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of Telecom/HDD projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist in Permitting and Compliance and collaborate with the ROW Officer.
• Interface with LGUs and DPWH during project implementation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the point of contact for client representatives and manage emails and queries.
• Use AutoCAD to create project designs and oversee implementation.
• Develop governance models, processes, and documentation for structured project implementation.
• Define and monitor KPIs across milestones: Design, Permitting, Implementation, PAT, and RFS.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to internal teams and external clients.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure quality standards across deliverables.
• Delegate tasks and monitor project budgets; assist with estimation and bidding.

• Ensure projects meet defined objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Assist in Permitting and Compliance:
• Collaborate with the ROW (Right-of-Way) Officer for compliance.
• Interface with LGUs (Local Government Units) and DPWH (Department of Public Works and Highways) during project implementation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Client Interaction:
• Serve as the point of contact for client representatives, managing emails, queries, and concerns.
• Conduct meetings with clients’ representatives to provide updates and gather requirements.
• Design and Implementation:
• Use AutoCAD to create project designs and oversee their execution.
• Ensure designs are implemented accurately during the project lifecycle.
• Governance and Reporting:
• Develop governance models, processes, and documentation to ensure structured project implementation.
• Define and monitor KPIs across various project milestones, including Design, Permitting, Implementation, PAT (Provisional Acceptance Testing), and RFS (Ready for Service).
• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to both internal teams and external clients.
• Risk Management and Quality Control:
• Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained across all project deliverables.
• Task Delegation and Budget Monitoring.
• Delegate tasks to team members effectively.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure costs are kept under control.
• Support Functions:
• Assist with project estimation, bidding, and other tasks as assigned by management.
• Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

• A graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering or equivalent courses
• Licensed ECE (required)
• At least 3 years of relevant experience under telecom companies
• Willing to be assigned outside Metro Manila
• Willing to work Mondays to Saturdays and on night shifts
• Preferably knows how to drive and with valid driving license
