Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a Test/Process Engineer to manage non-conforming materials at probe and wafer sort, debug test programs, and improve device yields. The role requires hands-on testing, collaboration with FAB and BU engineers, and ongoing process revisions to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, experience in Wafer Probe or Final Test, and strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal testing and SPC.

Qualifications

• BS Engineering, preferably major in Electronics or Electrical.
• Experience in test or product engineering at Wafer Probe or Final Test area.
• Knowledgeable in Analog and Mixed Signal testing methodologies.
• Working knowledge on automated test equipment (Eagle, T2000, Flex, etc).
• Knowledgeable on statistical process control and problem solving methodologies.
• Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills.
