Job summary

onsemi is seeking a Quality Assurance Production Operator to ensure quality in production processes and products. You will inspect, test, and check manufacturing equipment, materials, and finished semiconductor products to identify defects and deviations, and work with the production team to address quality concerns.

You will load/unload devices, document findings, report results, and support improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of college education.
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials and equipment.
• Ability to read and understand SOPs and work instructions.
• Analytical with strong qualitative skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in computers and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform loading and unloading of samples for unbiased reliability tests.
• Perform transactions in ONRMS for traceability of reliability lots.
• Support other assigned tasks and projects.
• Report laboratory concerns and issues encountered during shifts.
• Attend necessary training to ensure responsibilities and daily tasks are understood.
• Load devices on burn-in boards and into various ovens.
• Maintain and report inventory of burn-in trays, coupon cards and program cards.
• Perform electrical testing after loading/burn-in.

Job Description

onsemi is seeking for a Quality Assurance Production Operator who will be responsible for ensuring the quality of production processes and products. He/She performs inspections, tests, and checks on the manufacturing equipment, materials, and finished semiconductor products to identify any defects or deviations from quality standards. These operators work closely with the production team to address any quality concerns, document, and report findings, and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency. Responsible for performing loading and unloading of devices on trays or other containers and loading into unbiased ovens according to documented procedures and requirements, and carried out timely and with utmost quality.

Responsibilities

• Performloading and unloading of samples for unbiased reliability tests to and from the reliability chambers before and after each reliability stress in conformance to Lab operating guidelines and standard procedures.
• Perform transactions in ONRMS accurately and in a timely manner to ensure traceability of reliability lots.
• Supportother assigned tasks, projects and other duties assigned.
• Reportlaboratory concerns and issues encountered during shifts.
• Attendnecessary training to ensure responsibilities and daily tasks are understood and performed correctly.
• Loaddevices on burn-in boards and into HTRB, HTGB, HTOL, HAST, THBT/ H3TRB ovens and other biased related burn-in.
• Maintainand reportinventory of burn-in trays, coupon cards and program cards.
• Performelectrical testing every after loading/ burn-in.

Requirements

• 2+ years of college education.
• Have basic knowledge of process, materials and equipment used in Manufacturing.
• Can read and understand the standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Analytical and with strongqualitative skills
• With effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledgeable in computer applications and can generate reports.
