Job summary

onsemi in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Semiconductor Test Engineer to support SiC JFET production at PSI and THEPI and to coordinate with OSATs. The role emphasizes test operations across subcontractors, yield improvements, and on‑site troubleshooting to ensure project progression.

The candidate will drive performance with a focus on subcons KPIs like MPE cycle time and lot rejection rates, collaborating with multinational teams to deliver results with integrity and precision.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in semiconductor test development or sustaining activities.
• At least 3 years of experience in MOSFET and power discrete testing.
• Familiar with test cell knowledge and test operation flow.
• Knowledge of VDA 6.3 audit processes is a plus.
• Proficient in English; able to coordinate across multinational teams.

• On-site troubleshooting for Test production/project activities
• Continuous yield analysis and improvements including test backend
• Responsible for major subcons KPI including
• MPE cycle time
• Lot Reject Rate
