Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Semiconductor Technology or related field.
• 2-5 years semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience in MOSFET Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Yield Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or Failure Analysis.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of semiconductor device physics, electrical characterization, semiconductor manufacturing processes (Wafer Fab, Assembly, and Test), and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, FMEA, DOE, and Six Sigma is an added advantage.
• Experience with SPC, JMP, Minitab, or other statistical analysis tools is also preferred.
