Job summary

Job Description

Provide manufacturing support in process set-up and problem isolation. Conduct analysis on quality issues, improve yield and lot rejection rate. Generate test specifications, initiate projects for cost reduction and process improvement. Help meet or exceed the company goals (KRA) in product, yield, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.

• Evaluate root cause of low yield (LY)
• Evaluate root cause of lot rejection rate (LRR)
• Collect data to analyze on visual/mechanical issues
• Comprehend test requirements
• Product technician training
• Conduct internal quality audits or gemba walk

Requirements/Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Electronics/Electrical/Computer Engineering
• With 0-2 years work experience
• Good in electronics fundamentals and analytical skills. Good in oral and written
• communication.
• Proficient use of computer software (MS Office).
• A team player and can communicate effectively with others.
• Ability to work independently and systematically.
• Basic knowledge in programming language such C, or C++ is an advantage.
