Job summary

ams OSRAM in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking entry-level technicians to repair and troubleshoot SRM tape and reel and Vitrox vision inspection equipment. The role includes equipment conversions per production SUS and uptime monitoring, with RCA/CAPA responsibilities as needed.

Fresh graduates or those with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply, with potential to lead small teams and contribute to semiconductor equipment operations.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and 0-2 years of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Technical knowledge on SRM taping and Vitrox vision inspection machine.
• Can lead and supervise a small team is advantageous.
• Experience in Semiconductor industry especially on Vision and Tape and Reel equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the immediate repair and troubleshooting of SRM tape and reel and Vitrox Inspection Equipment
• Performed equipment conversion based on the SUS provided by Production and Planning
• Ensure all completed equipment conversion meet the required specs before release to production above the target
• Monitor equipment uptime performance, verifies the causes of downtime and ensure handler uptime within or above the target
• Responsible in providing RCA and CAPA on all equipment related issues and downtime
• Supports continuous improvement projects assigned by immediate superior
• Responsible making and updating the EFMEA of the handle and assign equipment
• Responsible to maintain 5S
