Job summary

Inspiro is seeking an Information Technology professional for an Application Support role in Metro Manila. You will handle incident resolution, log and track tickets, and ensure SLA adherence while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

You should have 1–2 years in application or technical support, basic SQL/MSQL queries, and familiarity with monitoring tools. Experience building business apps with .NET/C# and exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.

Required Skills and Work Experience:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in application support or technical support, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to perform technical problem resolution, including troubleshooting and root cause identification for system issues.
• Experience in ticket management systems (e.g., logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating incidents within SLA).
• Working knowledge of incident and service request management processes, ensuring timely resolution and proper prioritization.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of databases and SQL querying for data validation and issue investigation.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and ability to identify and respond to system alerts and anomalies.
• Understanding of existing and emerging technologies, with the ability to adapt and apply tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Core Competencies:

• Proven experience building applications from scratch using .NET and C#.
• The ability to modify and refactor complex legacy code.
• Strong MSSQL database architecture skills (designing tables/relations, not just querying).
• Hands-on experience in AI/Machine Learning implementation within business apps.
