Job summary

Aggreko is seeking a Sales Manager for the Utilities Sector in Sta. Rosa, Laguna or BGC, Taguig. The role focuses on driving business growth, developing key relationships, and expanding Aggreko's market presence across the Philippine energy and utilities sector.

The successful candidate will manage strategic accounts, navigate complex sales cycles, and partner with technical and executive stakeholders to deliver sustainable revenue growth in thermal and renewable power projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
10–12 years in sales, business development, or regulatory engagement within energy/utilities.
Strong industry network across utility ecosystem including technical, operational and executive stakeholders.
Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and influencing decision makers.

Responsibilities

Analyze and size utility market opportunities and assess needs and value propositions.
Forecast power and renewable energy market trends including WESM and Ancillary Services opportunities.
Align complex utility challenges with technical solutions emphasizing reliability and support.
Build and maintain relationships across utility organizations from operations to executives.
Develop strategic territory growth plans and manage long-term opportunities through regulatory processes.
Create compelling value propositions and commercial strategies addressing grid requirements.
