Robinsons Land Corporation is seeking an Energy Manager to oversee energy procurement, efficiency, and renewable initiatives across its portfolio in the Philippines. The role ensures reliable, cost-effective energy use, supports ESG goals, and collaborates with Development, Construction, Operations, Engineering, and Finance teams.

The candidate will drive energy strategy, manage supplier relationships, and deliver measurable financial and environmental benefits aligned with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Engineering, Law, or related field; professional license preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in energy compliance, utilities, procurement, or regulatory affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine energy regulations and DOE requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage energy procurement strategies, electricity contracts, and renewable energy sourcing.
• Implement energy management programs to improve performance and reduce consumption.
• Provide energy inputs in project planning, design, and commissioning.
• Lead renewable energy initiatives and energy transition projects.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance in energy activities.
• Support ESG and sustainability reporting through energy data.
