  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.

JOB SUMMARY

The Energy Manager is responsible for managing Robinsons Land Corporation's energy procurement, energy efficiency, renewable energy, sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy innovation initiatives across all business units and properties. The role ensures the reliable, efficient, and cost-effective use of energy resources while supporting operational excellence, business resilience, ESG commitments, and long-term asset value creation. The position works closely with Development, Construction, Operations, Engineering, Sustainability, Finance, Procurement, and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, manage risks, implement projects, and deliver measurable financial, operational, and environmental benefits aligned with the Company's strategic objectives.

1. Energy Supply and Contract Management

Manage energy procurement strategies, electricity supply contracts, renewable energy sourcing, and supplier relationships to ensure reliable power supply and optimum electricity costs.

2. Energy Management and Operational Efficiency

Implement energy management programs that improve energy performance, reduce consumption, and optimize operating costs across the portfolio.

3. Construction Development and Energy Integration

JOB REQUIREMENTS
