Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, Industrial, or related engineering fields.
• PRC license and Certified Energy Manager preferred or obtainable within a defined period.
• 7-10 years' experience in energy management, facilities/plant engineering, or utilities/power systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 50001, energy regulations, and energy monitoring systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee energy performance, compliance, and governance across all facilities.
• Manage reporting and audit requirements for energy programs.
• Develop energy strategies and action plans.
• Analyze energy consumption and performance data to identify savings.
• Lead energy efficiency and conservation initiatives.
• Prepare budgets and business cases for energy investments.
• Track savings and ROI of energy projects.
• Integrate energy considerations into projects and operations.
• Collaborate with engineering, facilities, operations, finance, and regulatory stakeholders.
