Job summary

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring full-time Client Retention Representatives to join our Boston team, serving businesses throughout the Greater Boston area. You’ll build relationships with local business owners, review energy plans, and recommend supplier options to reduce costs.

You’ll grow your portfolio through renewals and new business development. We offer paid training, weekly payouts, and uncapped commissions with residual income.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with business owners.
• Ability to present energy options clearly and answer questions.
• Comfortable meeting clients in person within a designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with existing commercial customers.
• Meet local business owners and decision-makers in your territory.
• Review electricity and natural gas supply plans with clients.
• Suggest options to reduce energy costs based on needs.
• Support renewals and grow the customer portfolio.
• Develop new opportunities between appointments and follow-ups.
• Travel within a 30-mile radius of the office.
