Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management or related field and 2–3 years of corporate administration experience, with strong organizational and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Legal Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in corporate administration, legal support, or paralegal functions.
• Experience in the power utility sector or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Compile and organize documents for Legislative Franchise applications to ensure smooth regulatory progress.
• Coordinate and submit documentation for business permit renewals and monitor regulatory updates.
• Serve as the administrative contact to schedule communications with stakeholders.
• Align schedules and prepare operational documents during project feasibility reviews.
• Manage end-to-end travel bookings for field teams and resolve itinerary issues promptly.
• Administer company car plans, mobile accounts, and inventory.
• Provide general administrative support including logistics, courier, and facilities.
• Process travel clearances, reimbursements, and cash advances while tracking timelines.
